These Terms of Service govern your use of shuttlepuertovallarta.com and your purchase of transfer services from Puerto Vallarta Airport Transfers ("Vallarta Shuttle", "we", "our", "us"). 1. Service description - We provide airport transfer services (private taxi and shared shuttle) from PVR airport to destinations in Banderas Bay, Mexico - We operate as a broker/marketplace — transport is fulfilled by our licensed local provider 2. Booking and payment - Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or deposit) - All prices are in US dollars (USD) - Payment processed securely via Stripe 3. Cancellation and refunds - Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup: full refund - Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: no refund - No-shows: no refund - For changes, contact us by replying to your confirmation email 4. Service modifications - We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable - In cases of flight cancellation or rebooking, contact us to modify your pickup time 5. Limitation of liability - We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or events outside our control - Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transfer service 6.
